During the Designer Mockup Phase:

If you are unsatisfied during the designer mockup process and wish to cancel your order, CreativePunching.com will issue a full refund within 3-7 days of receiving your request.

During the Sample Phase:

If your order includes the manufacture of a physical prototype for your approval, a non-refundable amount will be deducted from your refund as compensation for incurred costs.

During Full Production:

Orders in full production are subject to a non-refundable amount being deducted from any resulting refund.

After Your Order Ships:

Refunds are not provided after your order has shipped and you have received its tracking number. However, partial refunds may be issued under special circumstances.

Defective or damaged items are fully refundable if a claim is submitted within seven (7) days of your order being shipped.
